Good morning, I have written before and I am writing again that I do not get an email when I try to reset my password. I cannot get into my account!!!! I need resolution fast!!!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked our email logs, and I was able to confirm that the password reset emails are being sent to teddy@mountaindogcoffee.com. Here's a screenshot of one of the email logs:
Can you check if the missing emails are stored in the Spam folder? If you still can't find the emails, can you add noreply@jotform.com to your contacts list and try to reset your password again?
