Podo: Support SpecialistHi John,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Let me help you with that:
Since your form and all submitted reviews are missing and the link shows "file is missing," this could be due to a few reasons such as accidental deletion, account issues, or a temporary glitch.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot:
- Check your My Forms page to see if the form is still listed there.
- Clear your form cache to resolve any loading or display issues. Here’s how to do it:
1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.

If the form is still missing after clearing the cache, please check if you have any account notifications or emails from Jotform regarding your form status or account activity.
Let us know if you need any more help.

Nikola JotForm SupportHi John,
I checked the form you shared, and it has 4 submissions. Based on email logs, 2 submissions are from April 1st, and 2 submissions are from April 3rd. You can view submissions in Jotform Tables. How many submissions are missing? Are you sure that users submitted this and not some other form? Can you also tell us where you are seeing the file is missing error?
Did you maybe delete some submissions? Let me take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the top-right corner of your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle on Jotform Support Access.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
