    i forgot my access code, help set another one

    Hi Akhile,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to retrieve the access code of Encrypted forms. Once an encryption access code has been configured, it's not possible to change it. The only thing we can recommend now is to disable encryption so your future submissions don't get lost. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the top orange bar.
    2. Then, toggle off Encrypt Form Data.

    3. In the window that opens, click on Yes, Disable.

    After this, you should receive submissions without the encryption. For the existing ones, unless you remember the access code, it's not possible to retrieve them.
