    i forgot my access code, help set another one

    Hi Akhile,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to retrieve the access code of Encrypted forms. Once encryption access code has been configured, it's not possible to change it. The only thing we can recommend now is to disable encryption so your future submissions don't get lost. Let me show you how:

    1. While in Form Builder, click on Settings at the top orange bar.
    2. From here, disable Encrypt Form Data.

    3. After you disable it, you'll have to click Yes, Disable to confirm.

    After this, you should receive submissions without the encryption. For the existing ones, unless you remember the access code, it's not possible to retrieve them.
