Hi there, It might be easier if you follow my steps of my form to understand my issue.
It is a form designed to choose the correct profile for a product we sell, as many of our products have different dimensions.
    a working condition/card looks like these steps= https://form.jotform.com/253288133175055

start, choose the shape on the left, next, 17mm, 10mm, an answer will come up saying your suited profile Is quadrib.

Where I am having the issue is with the following cards/conditions:

Start, choose the shape on the left, 40mm, 23mm,

it is then going to the end of the survey rather than the condition which states if the choose 23mm the image t40 should show up.

it has done This on multiple cards, mainly branching off from the 40mm choices.

very tricky to describe but I have deleted and redone the conditions but it is still not giving me the condition I have requested

    Hi Nathan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

It sounds like the issue you're facing is with conditional logic in your form, specifically where selecting 40mm then 23mm should show an image (t40), but instead, the form jumps to the end.

Here’s how to troubleshoot and fix conditional logic issues in Jotform forms:

    1. Review Your Conditions: Go to the Settings tab in Form Builder, then Conditions. Check the conditions related to the 40mm and 23mm selections to ensure they are set correctly to show the image t40 and not skip to the end.
    2. Check Condition Order: Sometimes, the order of conditions affects how they are applied. Make sure the condition for showing the image t40 when 23mm is selected comes before any condition that ends or skips the survey.
    3. Use Show/Hide Field Logic: For showing images based on selections, use the Show/Hide Field condition type to display the image element (t40) when the 23mm option is selected.
    4. Test Each Condition: After setting or correcting conditions, test the form step-by-step to confirm the image appears as expected and the form does not jump prematurely to the end.
    5. Clear Form Cache: If changes don’t seem to take effect, clear your form cache by following the guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache.

Additionally, ensure your image element (t40) is properly added to the form and not accidentally deleted or misplaced.

If you want to add or update images, you can use the Image element and set it up to show conditionally based on user choices.

Let me walk you through adding conditional logic to show an image:

    1. In Form Builder, go to Settings > Conditions.
    2. Choose Show/Hide Field condition.
    3. Set the condition: IF the field for dimension equals 23mm THEN show the image element t40.
    4. Save the condition and test the form.

This approach should prevent the form from jumping to the end prematurely and show the correct image based on the user's selection.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi there

I have deleted and redone my conditions. I Have removed all conditions for one chain of responses, have only put in one condition and it is still not showing when I preview the form

    Hi Nathan,

Give me some time to investigate the form and the conditions you have. When I have an update, I'll get back to you.
