PayPal Integration: Apple Pay and Google Pay buttons show infinite loading

After enabling Apple Pay and Google Pay as payment methods via PayPal integration, both options show infinite loading when tested.

• Google Pay: The "Buy with G Pay" button keeps spinning and never loads.
• Apple Pay: Same infinite loading issue on Safari.

I tested on the direct form link (not embedded), using Safari for Apple Pay and Chrome for Google Pay on macOS. My PayPal Business account is verified and active.

I also tried reconnecting the payment gateway with the new "Apple & Google Pay via PayPal" connection, but the issue persists.

How can I resolve this?

Please confirm whether a South Korea PayPal Business account is eligible for Apple Pay and Google Pay in Jotform live mode.

If South Korea merchant accounts are not eligible, please confirm that the buttons should be hidden instead of staying in infinite loading.

My direct PayPal checkout works, but only Apple Pay and Google Pay via PayPal fail, which suggests wallet eligibility rather than a general PayPal connection problem.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I cloned and tested your form, and both Google Pay and Apple Pay is loading correctly. For them to work, make sure both Apple Pay and Google Pay are correctly set up on your device. Could you test your form using an Android or IOS phone, where by default, those payment options are set up.
