    Hi HopeAndCare,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Let me help you with clearing your storage space effectively.

Even though you deleted many old submissions from your forms, the storage space might not have been freed because deleted submissions are first moved to the Trash and remain there for 30 days before permanent deletion. To free up your upload space, you need to purge the trashed submissions.

Here’s how to permanently delete (purge) your submissions and free up storage:

    1. Open your Jotform Submission Table for the forms you want to clear.
    2. Delete submissions by selecting them and choosing Move to Trash.
    3. Go to the Trash folder in your Submission Table by clicking the three dots icon and selecting Trashed Entries.
    4. Select the trashed submissions you want to permanently delete, or click Select All.
    5. Click on Delete Forever and confirm the deletion.

This process will permanently remove the submissions and free up your upload storage space.

Additionally, if your submissions include uploaded files, deleting and purging those submissions will free up space related to those files as well.

Pro tip: If your upload space still does not update after purging, try clearing your form caches to force the system to recalculate your usage.

For more detailed instructions, you can check the guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data and How to Free Up Space in Your Account's Upload Limit.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
