- Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable and strong internet connection while submitting the form.

In addition to my reply earlier, I've gone ahead and cleared your form cache instead. Can you check if the issue still persists? Make sure you have a stable internet connection when submitting the draft. If the issue persists, you can check with another browser to see if it helps.

I tried again using Edge, it's the same error. I also tried the Google Chrome and it just frozen at the page for more than 10 mins please see below.

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Did you upload multiple images with large file sizes and make sure they are completely uploaded before clicking the Submit button? Can you provide us with a screenshot of the Console Log so we can check it from the backend? We have this guide on How to Get a Console Report from Most Common Browsers.Once you get back to us, we can take the next step toward solving this.

Since we can't replicate the issue, I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

The stuck submission has been automatically submitted automatically yesterday. I guess your developers have done something to it. Can you please give me any update? To avoid any timeout error again, we would like to know what's the limitation for one submission, is there anyway we can trigger alert prior to the error so we can always amend the submission. Thanks.

That is great news. Although we haven't received any update from the developers yet, thanks for confirming that it is already fixed. We don't have any option available to trigger an alert before the error. This ticket will remain open until we hear back from the developers.
