Need to switch primary email

Hi, My previous employee managed the account KaitlinSuperiorsports@gmail.com is no longer with the company and not willing to help me change the email. Can you please switch the primary email to superiorsportssacramento@gmail.com? My Name is Ala Tayeh, the owner of superior Sports.

Hi Ala, since we can’t change an account’s primary email from here, the best option is for you (as the owner) to recover and take control of the existing Jotform account first.

Please follow these steps:

• Go to the Jotform login page and click Forgot Password.
• Enter the current account email: KaitlinSuperiorsports@gmail.com.
• Check that inbox for the password reset email and create a new password.

Once you’re logged into the account, you can change the primary email yourself:

• On your Workspace page, click your Profile Picture/Avatar at the top-right.
• In the menu, click your name to open your Account Page in a new tab.
• Click Edit on the right side of the current email address.
• Enter superiorsportssacramento@gmail.com and click Save.
