Captcha not updating

Hello

I switched the captcha method on my forms but it's not updating on the forms on our site. It should have the check box (example: https://www.jotform.com/build/212166394439057) but on our website it's still going to the captcha page (screenshot below). Can you instruct me how to fix? Thanks.

We did that - it's not translating to the form on our site. Is there something we need to do in squarespace to enable?
