Diverse_LogisticsFor the form listed below, we are seeing sporadic issues where some people would get the form emailed to them via contact@diverselogistics.com in real-time. However others might never get the form or they get that email days later. In the screenshot attached, the customer noted they submitted a form 2 weeks ago but I cannot see any prior submission by this person by way of their name, email or phone number. The question here is if there has been any sporadic issues on your side that are documented. This is the only thing I can think that is going on. Thanks in advance for any help.
