maimonidesHello!
When inserting a hyperlink in the paragraph widget and indicating that the target should be "New Tab," when the paragraph text is saved, the target is stripped and clicking the link opens in the same window.
Here is how to reproduce:
Create classic form --> Add paragraph --> Insert or Edit Link --> Set target as New Tab --> Check HTML and verify "target=" is there --> Click check mark to save paragraph text --> Edit paragraph and note in the HTML that the target has been stripped.
Thank you for looking into this.

BrandonHi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I tried replicating the issue in a test form, but the link still opened a new tab as expected. Can you capture a video of what’s going on and share it? Loom works great, or you can upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox. If possible, go through all the steps you mentioned so we can properly replicate everything on our end.
Let us know if you have any questions. -

Joeni JotForm SupportHi Rabbi,
I tried replicating the issue on my end, but everything works properly. Take a look at the screencast below:
Can you try clearing your form caches in your account settings? Let me show you how:1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the Dropdown menu, click on Settings.

3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
I’d also recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. After that, try setting up your hyperlink again to see if it works.Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
