I am attending the webinar on ChatGPT integration with ChatGPT. It appears that if I connect my ChatGPT to JotForm, ChatGPT will have access to all of my forms. Is there a security setting that would prohibit ChatGPT from having access to all of my JotForms?

    Thank you,

    Mary

    Hi Mary,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Regarding your concern about ChatGPT integration with Jotform and security settings to restrict access to your forms, Jotform provides several security features to protect your forms and data. However, there is no specific setting mentioned that restricts ChatGPT's access to only some forms once connected.

Here are some general security measures you can use to protect your forms:

    • Password Protection: You can set a password on individual forms to restrict access so only users with the password can view or submit the form.
    • Form Encryption: You can enable form encryption to safeguard sensitive information collected through your forms. This encrypts the data end-to-end, ensuring privacy and security.
    • Require Login: You can require users to log in before accessing specific pages or forms, adding an additional layer of access control.

These measures help secure your forms but do not specifically limit ChatGPT's access if it is integrated with your Jotform account. It is important to review the permissions and access granted during the integration process carefully.

If you want to ensure that ChatGPT or any third-party integration does not have access to all your forms, you may need to manage the integration permissions or consider creating separate accounts or workspaces for sensitive forms.

Let us know if you need guidance on setting up any of these security features.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
