    Hello!

I just discovered my form was totally blank! No questions, format, or settings. Can you help me to recover it? This was the link that I was sending out: https://form.jotform.com/213016610149142

Will this still work? This took me a lot of effort to create so I'm very worried!

    Joe

    Hi Joe,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Regarding your form appearing totally blank, here are some steps you can try to recover it:

    1. Check if the form was accidentally deleted or moved to Trash. If you use the Jotform Mobile App, you can restore deleted forms from the Trash section.
    2. Try accessing your form from your My Forms page to see if it still contains the questions and settings you created.
    3. If the form is still blank, it might be a display issue or a problem with the form version. In that case, try clearing your browser cache or opening the form in a different browser.

As for the link you were sending out (https://form.jotform.com/213016610149142), if the form still exists in your account, the link should still work and display the form as intended.

If none of these steps help, please let us know, and we can explore further options.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Joe,

I have accessed your form and can see the builder page with all the elements. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Blank Form with Missing Questions and Settings Image 1 Screenshot 20 I have cleared your form caches. Can you go ahead and try it again? I also suggest you try it on a different browser and let us know how it goes. If the same thing happens again, clear your web browser's cache and cookies.

If the issue continues, can you share a quick screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, or record with Loom and send us the link.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
