i want to make it easier for customers to transact with the form and their credit card.

currently, these are the fields that a customer needs to fill out. I want to reduce this to Name on card, credit card number, and security code. How do i do that?

    Hi Matt,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Regarding your request to reduce the credit card fields on your form to only include Name on card, Credit card number, and Security code, please note that Jotform does not allow collecting full credit card information directly through form fields due to PCI compliance and security reasons.

Jotform integrates with payment gateways to handle credit card transactions securely, and the credit card fields you see are part of those payment gateway integrations. The fields such as expiration date and billing address are typically required by the payment gateways for transaction processing and cannot be removed or customized within Jotform forms.

Therefore, it is not possible to reduce the credit card entry fields to only those three fields you mentioned while using Jotform payment integrations.

If you want to simplify the payment process, consider using payment gateways that offer streamlined checkout experiences, but the fields required by the gateway will still be present.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
