in our EAM business expense form I have an email ap@eampayables.com setup to send an email of the submission, but we are not receiving any emails to that mailbox. Not sure if its setup correctly or not.

Podo: Support SpecialistI’ve made a few changes to help resolve the problem. Your email address was on the bounce list due to a relay issue with the recipient's mail server. I've removed it from the bounce list, so future emails should be delivered properly. If you still don't see emails, please check your spam or junk folder and consider whitelisting Jotform's sender email or domain. Here are a few tips to help prevent future email delivery issues:
- You can view your Email Logs to see what's happening with your form emails
- Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains
- If the issue persists, Setting Up a Custom SMTP to use your own email provider as the sender may help
