Form Title Not Updating in Link Preview Despite Changes in Form Builder

    Hello,

    We are experiencing an issue with one of our forms.

    Although we have already updated the form name to “Renta 2025” within Jotform, when we send the form link to our clients, the preview still shows the old title: “Clone of RENTA”.

    We have verified that:

    • The form title has been correctly updated inside the form builder.
    • The form is published and accessible via the correct link.

    However, the preview does not reflect the updated name

    Hi Ruth,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Which platform did you use to send the form link to your clients? I tested it with WhatsApp, and the name of the form is displayed properly.

    I cleared your form cache. Can you check again to see if the issue is resolved?

    Good morning, we sent it via our ODOO CRM. I’ve just tried again and it’s still showing the same thing.

    Hi Ruth,

    I tried sharing the form to myself via Facebook messenger and it also shows the correct form title. I tried fixing it using Meta's Sharing debugger. Can you try it again and see if it now shows the correct name of the form when shared?
