evaadammsHello. I was trying my hands on getting used to Jobform AI Agent, but when I integrated Jobform AI with my WhatsApp account via Facebook, WhatsApp banned my account for going against WhatsApp Policy, when I uninstalled Jobform AI, my WhatsApp account was reinstated. Please can you comment on that? Thanks as I await your response

Podo: Support SpecialistHi eva,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding your issue with WhatsApp banning your account after integrating Jobform AI Agent via Facebook, the integration process involves connecting your WhatsApp Business account through Facebook in the Agent Builder. This integration allows AI-powered automation to manage chats and customer interactions.
However, WhatsApp has strict policies, and sometimes automated interactions or integrations that do not comply with WhatsApp's policies can lead to account bans. Since uninstalling Jobform AI led to the reinstatement of your WhatsApp account, it suggests that the integration or the way it was used might have triggered WhatsApp's policy enforcement.
To avoid this, ensure that your use of the AI Agent with WhatsApp strictly follows WhatsApp's business and automation policies. You may want to review the setup steps carefully and verify that your business information and usage comply with WhatsApp's terms.
If you need help with properly setting up the WhatsApp integration with Jobform AI Agent, I can guide you through the correct steps.
Let us know if you want assistance with that.
