At The Table is a non profit - I am applying for a membership and it's charging taxes - we are a non profit tax exempt organization.

I submitted the IRS letter and the tax remain. Please fix this = it's holding up important work.!

I can help with that, Dushon. Since you’re a tax-exempt nonprofit, we can activate tax-exempt status on your Jotform account so tax is automatically waived at checkout.

    Please do the following:

    • Send an email to support@jotform.com
    • Include a clear screenshot or copy of your IRS tax-exempt determination letter (or equivalent tax-exempt document)
    • Mention the email/username of your Jotform account and that you need tax-exempt status enabled

Once that’s done, taxes will no longer be charged on your Jotform payments. If you’ve already emailed us, feel free to share when you sent it so I can suggest what to do next.
