    When adding a second Square Connection, I get a pop-up window without success.

    • Check that you have completed all required steps in your Square account, such as verifying your identity and setting up business locations properly.
    • When setting up multiple Square connections, use the Reusable Payment Connections feature in Jotform. This allows you to create and manage multiple Square payment connections efficiently.
    • To add a new Square connection, in the Form Builder, add the Square payment element, then click the plug icon next to the Square label to manage connections. From there, you can add a new connection by selecting the mode (Sandbox or Live), naming the connection, and connecting your Square account.
    • After saving the new connection, configure the payment options such as business location, currency, payment type, and receipt settings.

    If the pop-up still does not complete the setup, try disconnecting and reconnecting the Square integration, ensuring authentication is successful and the correct mode (Sandbox or Live) is selected.
