Account Login: Switching from Google Account to Business Email

You can easily change your email address in the Jotform Mobile App. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, tap on the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. Under the Settings menu, tap on Edit Profile next to your Avatar/Profile picture.

3. Now, tap on the Pencil icon next to your email address.

4. Enter your new email address and tap on Save.

You’ll get a confirmation email with a six-digit code, and once you enter it in the App and click on Verify, that’ll change your email.
