Podo: Support SpecialistHi David Carranza,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
If your published form is not recording any data after submissions, here are some common things to check:
- Confirm the form is properly published: Make sure the form is published and the correct live URL is being used for testing and sharing.
- Check submission storage: Verify that submissions are being stored in your Jotform account under the Submissions section of the form.
- Test the form yourself: Submit a test entry yourself to see if it records the data.
- Check for any conditions or integrations: Sometimes conditional logic or integrations may affect submission processing.
- Clear browser cache or try a different browser: Sometimes caching issues can affect form behavior.
If none of these solve the issue, please provide more details or screenshots of what happens when submissions are made, so we can assist further.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi David Carranza,
Let me help you with the last two items you mentioned:
Clearing your browser cache: Sometimes your browser stores old information that can affect how your form works. Clearing your browser cache can help fix this. You can usually do this from your browser's settings under privacy or history.
Checking for conditions or integrations in your form: Conditions (conditional logic) or integrations might affect how submissions are processed or recorded. To check this:
- Go to your form in Jotform.
- Under the Build tab, look for the Conditions section. Review any rules that might prevent submissions from being recorded.
- Check the Settings tab for any integrations like Google Sheets, email notifications, or others. Make sure they are set up correctly.
If you want, I can also guide you on how to clear your form cache in your Jotform account, which sometimes helps with form issues:
- Go to your Workspace page and click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
