AI Agent: Automatically Send the Chat Transcript to a Google Sheet or an Email

I am experiencing an issue where I want to receive a copy of my chat transcript and send it to a recipient, either via Google Sheets or an email that is not connected to my account. I have tried setting up the send email tool and used AI to generate content, but when I tested it, nothing was sent. The send email tool is not working as expected, and I am looking for a way to automate this process so that the chat transcript can be sent automatically to the desired destination.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you mean that you want to automatically send the chat transcript of the AI Agent to a Google Sheet or email? For Google Sheets, there's currently no option to send the chat transcript there. But sending it via email is possible. Let me show you how:

1. In AI Agent Builder, click on Settings on the upper-right side of the page.

2. On the window that opens, go to the Notifications tab.

3. Then on the Sender Conversation Notification Emails section, click on the Gear icon.

4. Next, enter the email address of the recipient under the Send to section.

5. Finally, click on Save.
