aps698Hey there,
How can I get the forms from "Shared with me" over to "My Teams/Lehman Industries".
It says they were made by another user, but we don't have their log-in information anymore.
I just need to get the forms under "shared with me" and the forms under "my teams/lehman industries" on the same page so our techs can see ALL the forms.
Currently, it won't let me do anything with the "shared with me" forms.
Thanks!
Darren V.

Moving an asset to a specific team is easy. Here’s the quick way to do it:
- On your Workspace page, put a check in the box next to the asset you want to move to a specific team.
- In the menu at the top, click on Move to Team.
- Next, in the menu that opens, select the Team where you want to move the asset, and click on Move to This Team.
- Finally, in the window that opens, click on Move Now, and you will see the status in the top-right corner of the page.
Additionally, you will receive a notification email that the asset has been moved. Check out the screenshot below to see an example of it:

aps698how do i save a form thats assigned or shared with me in my workspace?
-
Podo: Support SpecialistHi APS,
Saving your form as a template only takes a minute to set up, here's how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top, click on Publish.
- Next, in the Share Form section, click on View More.
- Click on Share as a Template.
- Enter a Template Title, a Description and choose Language.
- Then, select a Category for the form, and click on Share.
Once you're ready to share your form, you can copy its URL from the address bar. Check out this screenshot below:

Keep in mind this is designed for you to save templates for your own account, and only you can access them. You can reach your template page using this link: https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/user/{yourUsername} replacing the last part with your username. If you want others to use your form template, they’ll need to clone your forms instead. We have a guide here about How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL to learn more.
