I am having trouble with payments.

2026 WEC Family Resources Vendor Registration - Jotform Tables

I don't know what happened. I was contacted on April 2nd (I believe) from someone who was having trouble submitting their form and thus unable to get to the PayPal payment link. Later that day I saw that four others had submitted their registration, but PayPal has no record of it. I have gone in circles trying to figure how to fix this, but I can't figure it out. Prior to this no one else has reported a problem and all payments are showing up on PayPal.
