I have tried to access the account, I can not remember what the amount and last invoice I had for this account. please can someone please please help me. I am looked out and verification code wont go, do not send email as your jotform emails are blocked and the company can not un block because this is ongoing issue with jotform.... but how can I access the account if I can not get the code, also I can not access the account to get all the other information you need. to change.... please please help

Cathy.nightingale@me.com please I really need to get back into the account because I based my safety system in jotform

Excuse the confusion here. I can confirm that there's an existing Silver account associated with your email catherine.nightingale@peopleandco.com. On the other hand, I checked our email logs and can confirm that the authentication code was sent to your email. Check out the email proof below:

Can you check your spam or junk folders and see if the email went there? I'd also suggest whitelisting Jotform's sender email noreply@jotform.com, in case your email provider is blocking Jotform's email.
