CharmantUSAHello Jotform,
I have a form (actually several), where the user attaches receipts and when they are sent for payment or approval, the approver used to be able to click on the link in the approval to see the attachment. Just recently (i think starting last thursday), when they click on the link, instead of seeing the attached picture or document, they only see the following screen
The two individuals that have reported this so far have not signed in to see the attachments, but they never used to have to either. Has something changed?

Podo: Support SpecialistYes, something likely changed in your account’s privacy settings — your approvers are now being asked to log in because file access is restricted.
To allow them to open receipt attachments directly again, please do the following:
- Go to your Workspace page and click your Profile Picture/Avatar in the top-right corner.
- In the menu, click Settings to open your Account Settings page in a new tab.
- Go to the Security tab on the left.
- In the Verification prompt, click Send Verification Code.
- Copy the Verification Code sent to the email address linked to your Jotform account.
- Enter the code to verify your account (you may or may not need to click the green Verify button after entering it).
- Under the Privacy section, uncheck the box for Require Log-in to View Uploaded Files.
Here’s the full guide with more details: https://www.jotform.com/help/673-how-to-unrequire-log-in-to-view-uploaded-files/
If that option is grayed out, your account may be under mandatory security rules (like HIPAA or KYC verification), in which case it can’t be disabled; instead, you can share submissions via Tables/Inbox collaboration links: https://www.jotform.com/help/1010-how-to-share-your-jotform-tables-and-collaborate/
If you’d like, tell me whether your account is HIPAA-enabled or part of an enterprise setup, and I can suggest the best sharing approach for your approvers.
