The invoice for your account subscription can be accessed and downloaded directly from your account's Billing page. Let me show you how:
1. On your Workspace page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar on the top-right side of the screen.
2. Next, in the menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Go to the Billing tab in the menu on the left side of the page.
4. Then, in the Billing Information section, click on Edit on its right side.

5. Finally, update your Tax ID, Company Name or Billing Address, and then click on Save.
For your request about the invoice recipient email, invoices are usually sent to the email address registered on the account. If you’d like to change the primary contact email or update who receives billing emails, you may need to submit a request through the Account Recovery form or update your account email address accordingly. Let me show you how:1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. In the Dropdown menu that comes up, click on your name.

3. On the right side of the page, under the Email section, click on Edit.

4. Next, enter the new email address you want to use and click on Save.

5. In the Confirmation window that opens, enter the Authentication Code sent to your new email and click on Verify.
