We are currently facing an issue while making a payment on JotForm.
The card is getting declined repeatedly. As per our understanding, this is not a bank-related issue, as the card is active and working properly, and payments are being successfully processed on other platforms.

To look into the declined payments from our side, I’ll first need to check the specific form or payment link you’re using.
• Please share either:
- The direct URL of the form where you’re trying to make the payment, or
- The form’s ID (you can copy it from the form’s URL in the Publish tab).
Once you send that, I’ll check what’s happening with the payment attempts and then I can guide you on next steps to successfully complete the payment (for example, whether you should try a different card/method like PayPal, or contact your bank with specific info about the decline).
In the meantime, if you haven’t tried these yet, you can also:
- Try a different card, if available.
- Try a different payment method (like PayPal) if it’s offered on that form.
- Confirm with your bank that online/foreign/recurring payments to Jotform or to our payment processor are allowed.

We would like to clarify that this issue is not related to any form payment or payment link. We are trying to make a payment for our JotForm subscription, which is currently due.
While attempting to complete the subscription payment, our card is getting declined repeatedly. As mentioned earlier, the card is active and working properly on other platforms, so this does not appear to be a bank-related issue.
It seems that due to multiple failed attempts earlier (caused by insufficient balance), the card may have been blocked by your payment gateway.
We kindly request you to please check this issue specifically for subscription billing from your end and guide us on how we can successfully complete the payment or unblock the card.

I received an update from the relevant team that the last payment failed because of insufficient funds. Make sure that you have enough funds, and try again.

We would like to clarify that the issue is not due to insufficient funds. The card is active, has sufficient balance, and is working properly on other platforms where payments are being processed successfully.
Earlier, there may have been failed attempts due to insufficient balance, but currently the card has sufficient funds and is still getting declined while making the subscription payment on JotForm.
We request you to kindly recheck this from your payment gateway or billing system, as it appears that the card may have been blocked due to previous failed attempts.
Please let us know if there are any restrictions or additional steps required from your side to complete the payment successfully.
