    Hi Jotform Support Team,

I am currently using a multi-step form on my website. I’ve noticed that when a user selects a field and clicks the “Next” button, the page automatically scrolls to the top.

This behavior is affecting the user experience, as the form does not remain in its current position.

Could you please guide me on how to prevent this automatic scrolling and keep the form fixed in place while navigating between steps?
I have added the short loom video link for details.

    Hi Rik,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I tested the embedded form in your website and I'm getting the same issue shown in your recording. I'd suggest embedding the form using iFrame instead. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In the Form Builder, in the orange navigational bar at the top, click on the Publish tab.

    2. In the menu on the left, click on Embed.

    3. Then, select iFrame from the list of embed options and click on Copy Code.

Give it a try and let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
