Jacob_jacob6Hello,
My account has hit an upload limit and yet there are no submissions or any uploads on it at the moment. This keeps happening and it's frustrating when I have to contact support every time. I've set my forms up so that they are auto-deleting uploads every three days and I put limits on the size of photos that can be uploaded so this should never happen. It causes a significant delay in my business because I have to wait for support to help me whenever this happens.
Please help to clear the upload limit, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Kris JotForm SupportHi Jacob,
I've manually cleared the caches of your form and recalculated the submissions. The Upload Storage of your Jotform account went down to 0.00 B / 20.00 GB. You can also clear the cache and cookies of the browser you use most of the time before logging in to check it on your Jotform account.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
