Podo: Support SpecialistHi Tom,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Let me show you how to check and manage your deleted documents and storage:
Checking Trash for Deleted Documents:
- On your Workspace page, scroll to the bottom of the menu on the left and click on Trash.
- In the upper-right corner, click on the Type Dropdown menu.
- Check the box next to Select All to show all deleted assets.
- Select the documents you want to restore and click Restore at the top-left corner.
If your deleted documents are not visible in Trash, or storage is not updating, it may take some time for changes to reflect. Also, ensure you have permanently deleted items from Trash if you want to free up storage.
For more details, you can visit our guide on How to Restore a Deleted Form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Rica Support Team LeadHi Tom,
I've checked your account and can see that the uploads are coming the following forms:
- Client Intake Form - archived with 44 uploads
- Weekly Check In - 221 uploads
You will have to delete and purge submissions from these forms to free up space on your account. Let me first show you how to delete a submission:
- In Jotform Tables, select the submission you want to delete.
- Next, click on Delete at the top right side of the Tables page.
- Now, in the Confirmation window that opens, click on Move to Trash.
Before deleting, make sure to download the submission first so you have a backup copy. Deleting submissions won’t free up space on your account, and they can be recovered within 30 days. After 30 days, they will be permanently removed. To free up space on your account, you can purge the submissions. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
- Then, click on Trashed Entries.
- Next, in the window that opens on the right side of the page, select the submission you want to delete, and then click on Delete Forever.
- Now, in the Confirmation window that opens, click on Delete.
If your account upload limit is still showing as over the limit, it is also recommended to clear the form cache after purging the data.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Reymae JotForm SupportHi Tom,
I went ahead and recalculated the limits on your account, and the Uploads Space is now 0.00 B out of the 100.00 MB limit on your Starter account. You will now be able to access your forms without an issue and receive more submissions.
Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If you’re still having the same issue, we’ll look into it more to see if we can figure out what’s going on.
Reach out again if you need any more help.
