I have completed full technical diagnostics on my WooCommerce site, and I can confirm the issue is not on the server side.
Here is the current status:
- WooCommerce REST API is working correctly
- /wp-json/wc/v3/products returns 401 without authentication (expected)
- API keys are newly generated with Read/Write permissions
- WordPress permalinks are correctly configured
- Authorization headers are confirmed working (WordPress Site Health test passed)
- Hosting provider (SiteGround) confirmed:
- No firewall or ModSecurity blocking
- Outbound connections (cURL) are working
- No restrictions on external API requests
Despite this, Jotform AI Chatbot still fails with:
"Connection failed - Invalid consumer key or secret"
This suggests the issue is likely on the Jotform integration side.
Could you please:
1. Confirm whether the WooCommerce connection request is actually reaching your servers
2. Confirm what authentication method is being used (Basic Auth or otherwise)
