I have a problem with may AI agent. It was set on Serbian and my account set on Serbian. When I put CHAT BOT code on my site https://safari-golf.weebly.com/ chat bot was on English UI. Then I make some conversation with agent on Serbian and next time UI was on Serbian. My browser is on English.
Please, can you set AI agents to be always on own language according user settings, not to browser language. -

Regarding your issue with the AI agent language setting, Jotform's AI agents support multiple languages and can be configured to use a default language based on your settings. To ensure your AI agent always uses the language set in your user account (Serbian in your case) rather than the browser language, you need to set the default language of your AI agent explicitly.
Here’s how to do it:
- Go to your Workspace page and use the Filter to show only AI Agents.
- Open the Agent Builder for your AI agent and click on the Train tab.
- Select AI Persona from the menu on the left.
- In the Default Language section, set the language to Serbian (or your preferred language).
This setting will make your AI agent use the specified language as default, regardless of the browser language. The initial English UI you saw was likely due to the browser language setting, but once you interacted in Serbian, the agent adapted.
If you want the AI agent to always use the user account language, make sure this default language is set properly in the AI Persona settings.

When I chose to see standalone agent it work fine on Serbian. Problem is only at chat bot! -

The difference in language behavior between the standalone AI agent and the chatbot may be due to separate language settings for each channel within the AI Agent Builder.
Let me help you with that:
- Go to your Workspace page and filter to show only AI Agents.
- Edit your AI agent by clicking on it.
- In AI Agent Builder, select the Chatbot channel from the Channels panel on the left side of the page.
- Click the Purple Gear icon next to the agent preview to open Chatbot settings.
- Check the language settings here and ensure it is set to Serbian or your preferred language.
This way, you can set the chatbot channel language independently and ensure it matches your desired language regardless of browser language.

In other side. After firs showing on my site, second and other times there are no Welcome message and buttons seted to the agent. After first conversation on Serbian, agent changed to Serbian, but no welcome message and buttons. Thanks in advance :) -

Take note that the AI agent language is based on the location language of the user or the account language of the user. Also, the AI agent adjusts to the language that was used by the user in their response. I've created a test AI agent to see if I can replicate the issue, but it is working properly. Check out the screenshot below:

As you can see, even if the AI agent is set to the Serbian language, the language of the first response is in the English language. If your location language is Serbian and the AI agent is still using English, can you try connecting to a different internet connection to see if it's going to work?
