Payment Plans: Users Receiving Error When Selecting Payment Plan During Enrollment

    We have enrollment open for our retreat and people are unable to enroll stating they're receiving an error when trying to select a payment plan.

    I’m happy to help with that—payment plan errors are usually form- or gateway-specific, so I’ll need to take a closer look at your form setup.

    • Please share the direct link to the form your attendees are using (or the form’s URL from the Publish page). • If possible, also tell me which payment gateway you’re using on the form (e.g., Square, PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net) and what exact error message your users are seeing when they select a payment plan.

    Once I have the form link, I’ll check the payment plan configuration and help you fix the issue so people can enroll again.

    Form 'Sew Fancy - Sept 30-Oct 4, 2026 - Registration' (ID: 260825135215148). There is no payment question in the form. Please specify the gateway that you want to add as a question.
