Hi, we have multiple forms that send out submission emails to the person that submitted the form. For some reason, one person never receives any submission emails. I checked the log of emails that got sent from Jotform, and don't see her listed on their at all. For some reason, Jotform doesnt send emails to her address? The address is:

    cathy.keaulani@gmail.com

She recently submitted on April 2nd to the "ERC 2026 - Week 1 Challenge - Makapuu Lighthouse Hike" form, but never received an email. Seems to be working for everyone else.

I’ve made a few changes to help resolve the problem. Your email address was on the bounce list due to authentication issues with SPF and DKIM, causing Gmail to block the emails. I've removed your address from the bounce list. To help prevent this in the future, please ensure that your sending domain is properly authenticated with SPF and DKIM records configured correctly. This will improve email delivery and reduce the chance of being blocked. Here are a few tips to help prevent future email delivery issues:

    Hi EliteParking,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email address cathy.keaulani@gmail.com and it's not on the bounce list, so she should be able to receive emails normally. I also tested your form with my email and I was able to receive the emails normally.

To improve email deliverability, consider checking out our guide on How to Set up SMTP for a Form. You can also Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains to prevent important emails from being marked as spam or blocked.

Can ask her to check if the autoresponder email isn't on her spam folder?

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
