Podo: Support SpecialistHi Earl,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding your issue with the printed sheet of your form "2026 summer classes registration" where the pick item prints very light, here’s how you can address it:
Jotform itself does not have a direct setting to darken the printed items on the form sheet. However, you can try the following approaches to improve the print visibility:
- Check your printer settings: Increase the print density or quality settings in your printer preferences to make the print darker.
- Use PDF Editor to customize print appearance: In Jotform's PDF Editor, you can customize how your form looks when printed, including font styles and sizes which might help enhance visibility.
- Enable Print Button on your form: This allows users to print the form directly with better formatting. You can enable this in the Form Builder under the Submit button properties.
- Print from Jotform Tables: If you are printing submission data, use Jotform Tables to view and print entries, which might have better print formatting.
Unfortunately, there is no direct option in Jotform to darken specific items on the printed form sheet beyond these methods.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Jeric_THi Earl,
I'd like to clarify, is this a PDF Document or Notifiication email? Can you take a full screenshot so we can know the type of document this is and for us to provide an appropriate solution? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
That's it. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this. -

Jeric_THi Earl,
Great, so you are looking at the Submission Inbox. If you print, that's the standard text size and color for the product label. Unfortunately, there's no option to change or modify it. My recommendation is to use the download option and select the existing PDF Document you created. This will follow the template you created, which has bolder text for the product label. Let me show you how:
- In Submission Inbox, click on the Three Dots icon on the right side.
- Now, select Download and click the PDF document you have.
- Then, open the document and print from there.
Give it a go and let us know if anything else comes up. -
earlfreemanThanks Jeric, that works, Earl
