A team registration form filled in by a mentor.
The mentor enters 4 parents email addresses.
I'd like to enable the form to send some information, such as an external link to these 4 parents email addresses independently. Advice?

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Robocupjunior,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Let me help you with that:
If you want to send information, such as an external link, to multiple email addresses entered in your form (like the 4 parents' emails entered by the mentor), you can set up email notifications to send to those email addresses independently.
Here’s how to do it:
- In Form Builder, go to the Settings tab.
- Select the Emails tab on the left.
- Edit the Notification Email by clicking the Pencil icon.
- Go to the Recipients tab.
- Under Recipient Email, add the email addresses you want to send the notification to. You can add multiple recipients here.
- Save the changes.
Note that Starter (Free) accounts can only add one notification email template with one recipient per form. Paid accounts can add multiple email templates with multiple recipients, but it is recommended to add up to 10 recipients per template.
To send notifications to the emails entered in the form fields dynamically (such as the 4 parents' emails entered by the mentor), you would typically use the form fields' email values as recipients. This can be done by mapping the recipient email to the form's email fields in the notification settings.
If you want to send invitations to fill out the form to multiple emails, you can also use the Publish tab's Invite By Email feature to send invitations to multiple email addresses, including uploading a CSV file with emails.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

RobocupjuniorUSAregistrant enters 4 different email addresses.
my form will need to send some information to these email addresses. Therefore, these are determined during run time. How do I achieve that?
-
Podo: Support SpecialistHi Robocupjunior,
To send information dynamically to multiple email addresses entered by the registrant during form submission, you can set up your email notification to use the email fields from the form as recipients. This way, the emails are sent at runtime to the addresses entered in the form.
Let me walk you through it:
- In Form Builder, go to the Settings tab.
- Select the Emails tab on the left.
- Edit the Notification Email by clicking the Pencil icon.
- Go to the Recipients tab.
- In the Recipient Email field, instead of a fixed email address, select the form fields that contain the email addresses entered by the registrant. You can add multiple email fields here, corresponding to the 4 parents' email addresses.
- Save the changes.
This setup will send the notification email to the email addresses entered in the form fields dynamically at the time of submission.
Note that Starter (Free) accounts are limited to one notification email template with one recipient, so to send to multiple dynamic recipients, a paid plan is recommended.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

RobocupjuniorUSAbut i need to send to multiple recipients.

RobocupjuniorUSAlooks like the only way to allow to send some information to all 4 email addresses dynamically entered by each person who fills the form:
- create 4 different autoresponder emails
- each of these autoresponder email will attach to each of these 4 different email addresses. Is that correct? Or, there is a better way.

Kevin JotForm SupportHi RobocupjuniorUSA,
It's possible to send the email to multiple email addresses entered in the form. This requires adding some conditions and copying some data from the email fields settings. Here are the detailed steps to achieve it:
- First, you need to add an email autoresponder to your form. While editing your form on the Form Builder, click on the Settings tab, go to Email, and add an Autoresponder Email:
You can edit the email content and click on the Save button:
- The next step is to copy the Unique Name from each email field you want to send the email to. You will find this Unique Name under the field settings, here is an image about where to find it:

- Then, you need to set up a condition to send the autoresponder email to the 4 email addresses. To find the conditions settings, just click on the Settings tab, go to the Conditions section, and select the Change Email Recipient condition type:

- The last step is to configure the conditions to trigger when all the email addresses are filled out. You only need to set the triggers and add the email Unique Names copied from each email field settings, make sure to separate each email with a comma and space:

This will allow you to send the email autoresponder to more than one email address.
