Email Bounce List: Remove Slack Email Address from Bounce List

    I can help with that — to remove an address from Jotform’s bounce list I’ll need the exact email we’re sending to.

    Can you confirm: is the email address you want removed from the bounce list exactly desk-aaaacgy4hzekdr2vx7bq4r2qle@universitywri-os35796.slack.com, or is there a different notification email set in your form (for example, a regular work email like name@yourdomain.com)?

    Hi Emma,

    Periodic email checks are part of our regular process. During this period, emails appear with the ignored status until the review is completed. Once the checks are finalized and no issues are identified, their status is updated to sent. I’ve checked, and all emails from this email address are now marked as sent. Can you check it again? If you’re still having the same issue, we’ll look into it more to see if we can figure out what’s going on.
