    If you created an account for me please cancel it please I did not sign up for this

    Hi Bruce,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can Delete Your Account, but that'll also delete all of your forms and data. If you're sure you want to go ahead with that, let me show you how to do it:

    1. On your Account Settings, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.

    2. Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.

    3. Then, a verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter the six-digit authentication code and click on Verify.

    I did not do this can you please cancel this account again I did not do this account. So please cancel it please

    I’m 68 yrs old and going through all this won’t work for me so I know that on your end you can delete or cancel this account
