Authentication Emails Not Received

    Hi,


    I cant get access to jotform because i don't receive authentication emails.

    I also cant get onto view previous support cases as they're private and they ask for email confirmation but again i don't receive the emails.

    Need help ASAP!

    To start, what is the email address you use (or are trying to use) to log in to your Jotform account?

    Hi Breandan,

    I understand you're having difficulty logging into your account (username: breandanmccann) because you're not receiving the authentication code email.

    I checked our Bounce and Unsubscription lists, and your email address isn’t listed there. I also reviewed the recent email logs and can confirm that the verification emails are being sent successfully. I’ve included a screenshot of the email logs below for your reference.

    • Check your Spam or any other filtered folders to see if the email may have landed there
    • Try logging in using a Private window of the browser and trigger a new verification email
    • Add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contacts or safe sender list to help prevent filtering

    Give these a try and let us know if you’re still having difficulty receiving the verification email.
