I am experiencing an issue where the submission count is not resetting to zero after I deleted all the submissions for the Monday Night Madness Mah Jongg Open Play. Despite deleting all submissions multiple times, it still does not allow for new submissions. I have tried all the suggested steps but the problem persists. I have repeatedly requested to speak with a live agent to resolve this issue, but have not been able to connect with one.

    Hi Mairead,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, the form has four submissions. Are those submissions new, or they should be deleted as well? Have you tried purging the deleted submissions from the Trash entries? You can easily delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. Next, in the Dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
    3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
    4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the Confirmation window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.

In addition, I've cleared the caches of your forms and recalculated the submissions. But the form still shows four submissions collected. I also suggest clearing the cache and cookies of the browser you use most of the time before checking again.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
