I am experiencing issues with payment methods on the form builder. I want to enable Debit & Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, but I keep getting errors. Specifically, Apple Pay shows an error "Apple Pay is not eligible." Additionally, the Debit card section only shows first and last name fields, and an error is displayed at the top of the page. I do not have Square or Stripe, so I plan to turn off Apple Pay and Google Pay, but the other payment methods still return errors. Our account is set up properly, but when I click on PayPal, it shows Debit or Credit card options, and we want users to be able to select the Debit or Credit card as shown on the screen. Despite these efforts, the errors persist.

    Hi Rachelle,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are referring to this form, I tested it, and I can't see the error you mean. Also, it has the fields to enter the card information, as shown below:Payment methods returning errors Image 1 Screenshot 50If we are talking about a different form, can you share the form URL? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
