ryan593_Ryan_McBride_ryanI have a store set up in my assembly account that someone who is no longer with the company set up. I need to replicate that store in my new jotform account. Can someone call or get in touch with me?

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Ryan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
You can easily duplicate or clone your Jotform App. Let me show you how:
- On your My Apps page, hover your mouse over the app you want to duplicate and click on More on the right side of the page.
- In the Dropdown menu, click on Clone.
- Then, in the window that pops up, click on Clone App. The cloned app will automatically open in App Builder, where you can edit it.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Kris JotForm SupportHi Ryan,
I understand you'd like to have a copy of a Jotform App/Store created on another Jotform account. Unlike the forms created in another Jotform account that you can clone or transfer, the Jotform App/Store can't be cloned or transferred to another Jotform account. You'll have to start a new one.
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Jotform has ready-made templates that you can check and try as you start your Jotform App/Store. Let me show you how you can do this:
- On My Workspace, click on the Create button.
- Now, select Apps and then choose Use Templates. You'll be redirected to hundreds of App Templates. You can enter keywords or check the categories on the left side.
- Next is to click on the Use Template button below if you've decided to use it.
- Finally, the Jotform App will load, and you can start customizing.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

ryan593_Ryan_McBride_ryanCan I talk to a real person on the phone about this? I actually have all
the code from our old jotform store I can share so I’m assuming this can
easily be done. It it’s not going to happen through email.

Jeric_THi Ryan,
We don’t have phone support, but I’m right here to help, and we can sort this out together. At the moment, unlike forms where custom CSS can be applied, the App Builder doesn’t yet support this functionality. I also explored the AI App Builder to see if cloning the app could be a workaround, but unfortunately, that option isn’t available right now.
That said, this has already been raised as a feature request by my colleague, so it’s on our team’s radar for future improvements. In the meantime, I truly understand that this isn’t the most convenient path, but rebuilding the app from scratch is currently the only available option.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
