Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The reason your renewal charge is higher is that your first subscription included the Regular Fifty Bronze Yearly Discount, which is offered to new yearly subscribers. This discount only applies to the initial subscription period. Upon renewal, the plan renews at the regular standard price.
You can review our Pricing page to see the current plan rates and included features. You may also check your account invoices to view the detailed breakdown of your previous and current charges. It’s easy to Check Your Invoices. Let me show you how:
- Log in to your Jotform account, and then go to the Billing tab.
- Now, in the table of invoices, click on an Invoice ID to open it in a new tab.
- To download the invoice as a PDF, click on the Download icon on the right.

I just heard back from our relevant team, and we have processed a refund of $174 to match the price of the plan you got last year. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your payment method, depending on your bank.
