Unable to add a second Stripe connection on my form

    I am unable to create a second Stripe connection on my form. It is the only Stripe connection on the form. When I try to add a new Stripe connection, I click on Payment Connection and Add A New Connection, select Stripe, and hit Next. I enter a name and press Connect With Stripe. However, I get a spinner that never moves past that point. I am trying to add a Stripe connection for this form that connects to a different Stripe account from my other forms. I have tried the suggested steps but they do not work.

    Seems to be a Safari issue. Looks like it will work with Chrome.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've cloned your form and tested it to see if I can replicate the issue, but it is working as expected. Check out the screenshot below:

    As you can see, it works properly on my end. It seems that you were able to connect it using a Chrome browser. If ever you experience the same issue in the future, you can try clearing your form caches. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Workspace, click on your Avatar icon on the upper right side of the page.
    2. Then, click on Settings in the menu that opens.

    3. After that, click on Clear Cache under the Form Caches section.
