How do I change the order of signers in the Share with Link My Sign form?

I am trying to change the order of signers listed at the bottom in the Share with Link window of the Sign Builder. When I select Share with Link, it brings me to a window where I can copy the link and see the signers listed, but I want to reorder these signers. I do not see a plain "share" button, only a "Share With Link" option under the Send tab. The Share with Link options do not allow me to reorder the signers listed. I have tried looking for an Edit Signers option to change the order and wondered if I can move signers by drag and drop in the Edit Signers window, but it is unclear how to do this. I also asked about removing signers in the Edit Signers window and how changing the Field Assignee affects the signing order. I want to know where and how I can reorder the signers since the current Share with Link window does not allow it.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Follow these simple steps to start changing order for a document:

• Go to the "Send" tab in your form.
• Click "Send to Sign" in the left navbar.
• Toggle on "Signing order" in the "Recipients" tab.

Once you do this, you can freely arrange the signing order for the form. You can also learn more about how to use Jotform Sign, including signing order, here.

Try that out and see if it works.

Here is a screenshot of my options. I can not toggle. I don't have the dots next to the signers. That is my problem.

Nevermind I see I need to toggle Signing Order. Once I do that and I change the order will I be sending this via Share with Link? I need to do Share with Link because when I do Send to Sign it prefills in the first field with the Initiator's name which isn't correct.

I'm glad you were able to find and utilize the signing order! As for which option to use to share the form, either one works. If Share with Link has no issues then you can use that one. I would recommend testing it first just to make sure.
