Account Access: Unable to Find Submitted Form and Past Forms

    Hello,

    I need support finding a form I submitted. I do not have a forms view or access to any past forms when I log into my account. This is incredibly urgent since I have a deadline to meet and require a copy of the form I submitted.

    This is the information of the form that I have.

    Let me show you how to find your submitted form and access your past forms:

    1. Go to your Workspace page where your forms are usually listed.
    2. Check if you have any forms assigned to you by clicking on Assigned To Me in the menu on the left side of the page.
    3. Hover over the form you want to access and click on View Form to open it.

    If you want to view submissions of your form, you can:

    1. On your Workspace page, check the box next to the form you want to view submissions for.
    2. Click on Submissions in the menu on the upper-left side of the page to see all the submissions for that form in your Tables.

    If you are using the Jotform Mobile App, you can also search for your forms and submissions by tapping the magnifying glass icon on your My Forms page.

    Hello,

    I do not have any of those options available to me. In My Workspace page I only have "Assets" available. I do not have any forms assigned to me. I do not have Submissions in the menue on the upper-left side of the page.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I understand you're trying to locate a form you previously submitted. I do see a public form with the URL of https://form.jotform.com/100WWCValleyOfTheSun/charity-self-nomination-form. To help us look into this futher:

    • I do see some emails in your email logs showing draft links - did you complete the draft?
    • In that form, I see that an autoresponder will go out when completed, but I do not see an autoresponder sent to your email - do you remember reaching a Thank You page?
    • Have you reached out to the host of the form and asked for them to check for your submission?

    Hi Aaron!

    Thank you so much for helping me locate a copy of my submission.

    • I did complete the draft. When I was working on this form, I had saved it as a draft and I was able to access it in order to finish it and submit it.
    • Correct, I have not received a confirmation of my submission either. And I do remember! I got a green check mark on screen that said my form was submitted.
    • I have reached out to the contact, but I have yet to hear back.

    I saw that my colleague was able to locate the form you've filled out. If ever you experience the same issue in the future, you can check the browsing history of your browser, as it may contain the link to the form you've filled out. You can visit this page to learn more about it. Do you need further assistance with the form you've filled out?

    Hi Gian,

    Thank you for checking in on this. Aaron shared the link to the form, however what I seek is a copy of the completed form I have already submitted. I do not need help locating the empty form, I have that. What I believe Aaron is helping me with is locating the exact form submission I completed. I need a copy of what I have already turned in.

    I hope that clarifies the misunderstanding and helps find the form I have already submitted.

    Hi Vianey,

    I saw that you've saved your submission on the form since it has a Save option on it. Can you confirm what the email address is that you've used to fill out the form?

    Hi Gian,

    I appreciate your quick response! It could be under vianeyperezdeanda@readbetterbebetter.org which is what the Jotform account is under, or it can be under development@readbetterbebetter.org. Though neither of these email accounts have received a confirmation of submission email.

    Hi Vianey,

    I've checked the email logs of your email address, vianeyperezdeanda@readbetterbebetter.org, and saw that there's an email that was sent to it with the draft link, which you can click to access the submission that you've saved on the form. Can you check the spam or trash folder of your email inbox to see if the email is in there?

    I did find an email and clicked on it. I have attached screen captures of what I see on my end.

    After clicking the "continue form" I was taken to a new tab that displayed "Submission draft not found".

    Hi Vianey,

    If the draft is showing this message, it means that it's no longer available. Drafts are automatically deleted after two months, or the form owner can manually remove them. If the draft has been completed before, it will also show this error.

    If you're not sure if you've completed the form, consider contacting the form owner directly as they'll be able to best help you confirm your submission status.
