they were making it till the end of the form where they need to submit the credit card info. They say all forms are completed and all signatures are put in when they try and submit. This air pops up. And they click to see what the error is. Nothing happens. -
Eduardo_CaHi mnorman_mnorman485,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screenshot below:
Can you let us know if the submission is going through despite the error message? Also, I checked your form and the PayPal payment setting seems to be correctly set up. Is this just started to happen?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

mnorman_mnorman485Okay cool deal. The payment is not going through. I went ahead and changed the electronic signature where it no longer shows the PDF. It might be possible that was some of the issue. I'll let you know if there's any other issues with someone else reaches out.

Gian_D JotForm SupportHi mnorman_mnorman485,
I've cloned the form and tested it on my end, and I was able to replicate the issue. Check out the screencast below:
As you can see, the error message is showing immediately when you start filling out the form. The reason for that is because there's a selected option by default on your PayPal integration widget. Check out the screenshot below:

The form requires the users to select a payment method since there's a selected item on the form. Do you need further assistance with your form?
As soon as we hear back from you, we can work on getting you a solution for this.
