Add account to our partnership

We have a client who signed up as we were creating our partnership account. Is there a way to merge them into or account now that both are active?

The new owner will need to accept the transfer request to complete the process.

Note that this process transfers forms, their settings, and styles, but it does not merge entire accounts or their data.

If you need multiple users to access the same account, consider using form collaboration features or upgrading to Jotform Enterprise, which supports multiple users with full control and visibility.

I'm not merging two accounts, I'm trying to bring one account under our partnership account.

Our standard plans are designed for individual single-user accounts, and it is not possible to add another user to an existing account. If you need multiple users to access and manage forms collectively, the recommended approach is to upgrade to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts allow multiple users with full control and visibility over actions taken by team members.

Alternatively, you can use the Form Collaboration feature, which allows multiple team members to work on the same form simultaneously. You can also share submission data with your team using Jotform Tables as explained in this guide.

If you want to transfer forms from one account to another, you can do so, but the accounts themselves remain separate.
