Podo: Support SpecialistYou can transfer that form to another Jotform account by using the built-in Transfer Forms feature; here’s how you can do it:
- Go to your Account → Data page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data
- Scroll to the bottom and click the Transfer Forms button.
- Enter the verification code that will be sent to your Jotform account’s registered email address.
- Search for and select the form “260823538830055” (or select it from the list).
- Enter the recipient’s Jotform account email (this must be the email of a Jotform account, e.g., the account that uses InizioBaxterADEReporting@inizio.com).
- Click Transfer Forms to send the transfer request.
The recipient will then need to accept the transfer:
- They should go to their Account → Data page and click View Details under Pending Transfers, or click View Transfer Request from the email they receive.
- Enter the verification code sent to their registered email.
- Review the forms listed and click Accept, then Accept again to confirm.
A few notes:
- Each transfer request can include up to 15 forms, and you can create up to 20 transfer requests within 60 minutes.
- When you transfer a form, its settings and styles are transferred as well.
- Forms cannot be transferred to/from HIPAA-friendly accounts, between different data regions, or from Team Workspaces; and Sign Documents, Workflows, AI Agents, Apps cannot be transferred.
